The FS360 Stretch Wrapper is a reliable entry level stretch wrapper designed to wrap pallets quickly, consistently and at an affordable price.
Our Plug & Play design allows you to start wrapping with no specialist training required.
Wraps pallets up to H3000mm, turntable dia. 1500-2200mm, loads 1500-2000kg. Soft start & stop. Beep at start of wrapping cycle. Choice of 4 film carriages from mechanical core brake to 200% OP controlled pre-stretch. Ultra fast film change. Common options include top press, Ramps, Pit frames End of cycle cutting device.
Following modes can be controlled from the HMI: Auto or manual; Turntable rotation speed (6-12rpm); vertical carriage speed, inverter controlled, 2-4m/min; Double wrapping cycle (up/down); Single wrapping cycle (up only); Top and bottom wraps (0-5); Film tension (motorized pre-stretch model only).
