The OMC SILMA Wrapper wraps reels (paper, metal composite) through the eye.  It provides protection for reels and coils throughout the handling, storage and transport process.

The SILMA X1 and X2 offer an all-electric solution with no pneumatic components, ensuring less maintenance and higher reliability.  With robust construction, Siemens PLC and SEW motors, these machines guarantee a sustainable and automated wrapping process. 

By applying stretch film with precision and control, the SILMA system prevents surface damage, scratches and moisture ingress, while offering protection against corrosion for metal products. This ensures your goods arrive in optimal condition, reducing claims, rework and downtime.
