Dispenser Options
FROMM offers a range of four strap dispenser types, capable of handling:
•    Standard Coils (SC) – 20–25 kg
•    Jumbo Coils (JC) – 75–90 kg (replaces up to 4 standard coils)
•    Super Jumbo Coils (SJC) – 300 kg (replaces up to 15 standard coils)
•    Ultra Jumbo Coils (UJC) – 300–500 kg (replaces up to 45 standard coils)

Safe and Efficient Handling
With the robust HAJ13 turntable strap dispenser, strap coils are loaded using a forklift truck, eliminating manual handling and significantly reducing the risk of operator injury.
For the HAJ13 horizontal (eye-to-the-sky) turntable dispenser, FROMM can also supply a ramp or pit-frame, ensuring seamless integration into your production environment.

Real-World Efficiency Gains
As an example, using 15.5 × 0.9 mm PET strap:
•    A standard coil provides approximately 1,400 metres of strap
