Engineered for automatic, heavy-duty industrial polyester (PET) strapping applications, the FROMM MH600 friction weld strapping head delivers exceptional reliability, performance and long-term value. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation, the MH600 supports higher throughput, improved efficiency and optimum OEE, while maintaining a low total cost of ownership (TCO).
The MH600 processes PET strap widths from 13–19 mm and thicknesses from 0.64 to 1.53 mm, delivering strap tension of up to 7,000 N for secure and consistent load containment. Fully CE compliant, every strapping head is thoroughly tested prior to dispatch, ensuring rapid installation, smooth commissioning and immediate production readiness. Robust construction and proven FROMM engineering make the MH600 the ideal choice for demanding industrial environments where uptime, performance and durability are critical.
